Peace Within is Success

Change Your Life

Would it change your life if you had a coaching business that gave incredible lifestyle and you were really helping people?  Of course the answer would be yes.

But getting a coaching business off the ground is harder than those slick sales webinars make it sound, right?

Getting good clients with money to invest is hard.  There’s tons of competition and it’s not going to get any easier.  No doubt this is one of the hardest things you will do in your life, and anyone telling you it’s easy is lying.

Everyone has an opinion on the ONLY way to start your coaching practice and many promise that if you do “This One Thing” you’ll make six figures in six weeks.  Mamma was right, if it sounds too good to be true than it is.  This is a Business.  Not a hobby.

There are some standard things you need to have in place.  But after the basic outline, the rest is all up to you, how you approach your business, the passion you have and the mindset that will keep you going when things get tough.

I know, it hurts worse if you already tried and failed to launch your business.  Yup,  wasting time and money sucks.

Sometimes, it feels that it would just be easier, and you’d be happier if you just gave up the idea and let it go.

Can’t Let go?

The problem with that?  You may have already tried that route.  Perhaps for years.  But the burning desire, just won’t go away.  Something inside of you just won’t settle for an average life.  You’re not average.  You know you were meant for something bigger.

That was my story for 11 years before I started my coaching practice.  When I finally made the decision, nothing could stand in my way!

But. After that first year, I was still no closer to making a living doing what I knew I was meant to do.  So I hired a coach!   I figured out HOW to run a profitable coaching practice.  Mixing my own knowledge with what I was taught.

The next year, I skyrocketed, more than 10X my business and have never looked back.

Here’s the thing, the strategies that I was taught was only a small part of what I learned.  I believe I could have learned what I did at a much faster rate and much more affordably.

What I really learned was to trust myself, plan ahead and be consistent.  Even if the consistency was not “Perfect”.    Over the years I tried many different approaches.  What I learned over the years it, there is NO PERFECT Cookie cutter way to run my business.  What worked 100% for me, may not work for you.

Over the years, I discovered that a perfect approach does not exist.  What does matter is the basic process – individual skills and overall knowledge of the industry.  When you are Given the proper tools, knowledge and have the positive mindset to trust yourself, YOU can create your successful practice.

I created The Kause Syndicate Mastermind in order to address the whole picture.

The Kause Syndicate will address all the issues that you are and will encounter along the journey.

I created the Kause Syndicate for several reasons.

#1 I know you need, but maybe investing $2,000/month is outside of your budget and honestly – unnecessary at this point in your journey

#2 You’re curious, but don’t want to break the bank to learn about the industry.

#3 You’re not ready to dive in 100% but want to learn as much as you can before you make the commitment.

#4 You’re ready to make the commitment but need to take it slow and steady.  You have a full-time job and a family.  You want to do this but want to take it one step at a time.

#5 Making a decision and following through are so difficult it this hurry up world.  I know that if you take one step at a time you WILL reach your final decision of either going all in or continuing the journey at a slow and steady pace.

Blessings on Your Journey!
