As an employer, I knew I could do a better job being a boss and make our company stronger. There was some dysfunction between me and my supervisors and also with our customer service. I knew I could fix it, but I needed help to implement a plan. I had been to a few coaching meetings myself and evn though i would get excited about implementing some of the ideas when I got back to work, my ideas would fade very quickly after I got back to work and nothing ever come of my training. Sales have increased dramatically. Wendie warned me that I would need at least three months to start seeing results. In Month 3 the salesperson had a 436% increase in sales. The average increase for the last 4 months have been a 255% increase over the sales for October 2015. Next month the projection is for a 700% increase over baseline numbers.
Probably the best part of hiring Wendie as my coach is that she taught me the basics and helped me to put a process in place that was sustainable. The Nez Perce Tribal Enterprise engaged Wendie Kause (Kause Success Management) to provide sales training and sales operation coordination for the Clearwater River Casino & Lodge Event Center (CRC) in November 2013.
Through the expansion of the facility the casino added over 23,770 square feet of space to be utilized for meetings, conferences, trade shows, banquets and events. The CRC hired three sales team members who were all new to their positions with limited to no sales experience. Kause Success Management pursued our business through learning what our training needs were to meet the business strategy of the Event Center. Wendie Kause tailored a sales program to meet the professional development of the team within a sharp ramp up period of six months. This included teach a Sales 101 Class to team members engaged in "selling" the property which was primarily focused on coordinated sales strategy. This training covered each step of successful selling: Product Knowledge, The Sales Process, Building Client Relationships and Goal Setting.
Wendie Kause provided direct leadership and mentorship to the staff through team meetings, on-on-one coaching and participation on sales calls and facility tours with clients.
